Allergen Information

Complete allergen information for retail dining venues is now located here  and at each retail location. Due to Covid-19, some of our retail locations will not be open Fall of 2020.  If you have any questions related to our allergen posting, please feel free to contact our campus dietitian, Donna Duffy at nutritionalservices@albany edu.

Allergen information for Damien's will be provided as soon as possible.

 For students with food allergies, celiac or non-celiac gluten intolerance who wish to dine at Indian or State Quads, please visit our Simple Servings station. All foods served at Simple Servings are prepared exclusively with ingredients which do not contain the following food allergens or gluten:

  •         Milk
  •          Eggs
  •         Wheat
  •         Soy
  •         Shellfish
  •         Peanuts
  •         Tree Nuts

Note:Both retail and resident dining menu items are prepared in a facility which uses the above ingredients in the production of other dishes. Although we take measures to ensure against this, the possibility of cross contact does exist.
